Adobe is hungry to gain back lost market share on the Mac platform and in the post production industry. The release of Adobe Production Premium Creative Suite 4 offers some new tools that are forcing competitors like Apple and Avid to stand up and take notice.

This most recent release of Adobe Production Premium is less about offering new features (although there are several), and more about improving workflow. When Adobe released Creative Suite 3 (CS3) in 2007, they introduced a unified interface that makes working within the suite much easier. If you are familiar with one program in this suite, you will not have a problem using them all.

Adobe Production Premium CS4 easily took the 2009 “TopTenREVIEWS Silver Award” for Video Production Software.
